Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on every order within the contiguous United States. No minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Most in-stock items arrive in 3 to 8 business days. Large furniture, oversized rugs and select chandeliers ship via freight or oversized parcel and may take 7 to 14 business days. Items that ship directly from our workshop partners (noted on the product page) carry their own lead time, shown before you check out.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. Multi-item orders may arrive in separate packages.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported at this time.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or missing, email orders@castelune.com within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
